1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our service:

• Account information: Name and email address via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In
• Body measurements: Height, weight, age, and sex — used solely to calculate your personalized calorie and macro targets
• Activity level: Your selected activity level for calorie calculations
• Goal preference: Your selected fitness goal (Get Lean, Get Big, Get Slim, Maintain)
• Profile photo: Optional profile photo you choose to upload
• Food logs: Foods you log in the food tracker

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Calculate your personalized daily calorie and macro targets
• Generate your customized meal plans
• Save your profile so you don't have to re-enter measurements
• Send water reminder notifications (only if you enable them)
• Improve the app experience

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. Your body measurements and profile information are stored in an encrypted database. Profile photos are stored in secure cloud storage.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication
• Apple Sign In — secure authentication
• Google Sign In — secure authentication
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Open Food Facts — food nutrition database (barcode scanning)

5. Subscriptions

CartFit offers optional Pro subscriptions. Subscription payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store your payment information. Subscription management is handled through RevenueCat.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as you have an active account. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at CartFit@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

CartFit is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

9. Notifications

We only send push notifications for water reminders, and only if you explicitly enable them in the app. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
